Bremshey CF7 Front Drive Elliptical, A great quality Elliptical from Fitness Options

The Bremshey CF7 crosstrainer is self generating so you can use it anywhere. It is designed on the very popular front drive system and with its 19" (48cm) stride it has a very natural 'feel' at the same time as putting minimal stress on the knees. The Bremshey CF7 has a coloured touch sensitive dial console and boasts 22 programmes including 12 preset, heart rate control, user and body mass test. The Bremshey CF7 works both the upper and lower body but if you want to give you upper body a rest you can grab the static arms which are perfectly positioned for comfort and take you pulse from the integrated hand grip pulse sensors. If you want to monitor your heart without interrupting your upper body workout then you can always go for the optional heart rate chest strap option.
