This means you are never limited to where you can place the equipment. Its 16" (41cm) stride length gives a comfortable motion and you have the choice of the upper body arm movement or the static grip which also reads your pulse from the integrated hand grip sensors. The coloured LCD Backlit console has a touch sensitive dial system that selects a total of 22 programmes including 12 preset, heart rate control, user and body mass test. Finally there is the option of a telemetric heart rate facility for accurate heart rate monitoring.
