The EL335 is an entry-level elliptical trainer from Fuel Fitness. It’s a heavy-duty sturdy machine offering a 46cm  (18”) stride pattern, which makes the ‘feel’ very natural. In addition the footplates articulate, a crucial feature found normally only on higher end units. This articulation causes the footplates to rotate slightly during the elliptical motion, keeping your feet, ankles and knees in proper alignment, reducing stress on muscles and joints. If you like lots of programmes then this is the perfect machine with 15 training programmes including one heart rate control programme monitored from the handgrip pulse resulting in a safe and optimum workout. When you want more from your workout just increase the resistance between 1-16 levels.
