Kettler Cross P Elliptical, A great value starter Elliptical from Fitness Options

The Kettler Cross P elliptical crosstrainer may be the starter elliptical in the Kettler range but its not short on features. The heavy 14kg flywheel keeps the ellipse smooth even on its top resistance level of 16 and because the braking system is electronically controlled you can change resistance at the touch of a button. The console features a 7 function LCD display with 12 training programmes including heart rate control. In addition the console has an integrated Polar receiver and if you go over your maximum pulse rate a visual alarm will warn you. Perspiration resistant keys protect the console from the most vigorous workouts.
