The Kettler Unix PX crosstrainer features Kettler's unique Extended Motion Technology which provides a natural long flat stride that can only be appreciated by trying it. The motion is a cross between an elliptical motion and cross country skiing and because of its comfortable feel is ideal for beginners and older exercises. In addition the blue-backlit training computer with sweat resistance keys provides 8 programmes, including pulse related training and target zone training using either the hand-grip pulse sensors or the Polar compatible pulse receiver. The 20kg flywheel and electronically magnetic brake system ensures a smooth elliptical motion through all resistance levels. This is a quality machine built in Germany.
