The ER5000D is Marcy's mid range elliptical built for those who want something that's designed to be used regularly but still at a budget price. Hand grip pulse sensors built into the horizontal support bar monitor your heart and with just a dial of the resistance knob the resistance can be increased by 8 different intensity levels. The console displays all relevant workout data.
