The Kettler Cycle P exercise bike offers a great range of features. To keep motivation high the training console with its 7 function LCD display has 12 training programmes including heart rate control. In addition the console has an integrated  Polar receiver and if you go over your maximum pulse rate a visual alarm will warn you. The pedaling motion will remain smooth through all its 16 levels of resistance due to the heavy 9kg flywheel. For comfort the seat has both vertical and horizontal adjustments and the pedals are self balancing. Finally with its low profile frame the bike is easy to mount.
