The saddle is broader than average giving a very comfortable workout. it has a smooth pedalling action with a computer controlled magnetic resistance. The console has 16 programmes plus an iFit SD card slot which enables you to purchase a card that contains an eight week training program. The computer controls the resistance and an arrow next to the speed reading indicates whether to speed up or down. you can select either imperial for metric speed and distance. Heart rate is monitored from hand pulse grips.
