Bremshey BR5 Recumbent Exercise Bike, A comfortable Exercise Bike from Fitness Options

The Bremshey BR5 Recumbent Bike has been designed for comfort but is still able to deliver a serious workout. The walk in frame makes it east to mount so even if you suffer from mobility problems this bike could still be for you. The seat not only adjusts horizontally but it tilts as well allowing you to get the perfect back position and support. In addition the mesh back seat reduces sweating considerably. The front handle bars adjust and the side bars have integrated hand grip pulse sensors. For more accurate heart rate monitoring there is a chest strap heart rate monitor option. The console on the Bremshey BR5 is a coloured LCD Backlit model offering 6 preset programmes, heart rate programmes plus recovery heart rate and 4 user programmes. To choose a program you just place you finger on the feather touch sensor and dial.
