Finnlo Autark 1000 Multi Gym, A great value Multi Gym from Fitness Options

The  Finnlo Autark 1000 is a stylish home gym with a number of quality touches rarely found on gyms of this price. The backrest is ergonomically shaped and well padded to support the back. The lat bar has padding to protect the neck. The seat is height adjustable and has side handles to grip when using the leg extension. The padding on the leg unit has four positions to accommodate different size users. It even has an abdominal crunch station. Standard weight stack is 80kg although this can be upgraded to 100kg.
