Kettler Kinetic F3 Multi Gym, A great value Multi Gym from Fitness Options

The Kinetic F3 is a stylish home gym from Kettler with advanced features that will deliver a professional workout every time. It has extra height between the seat and the lat pulldown bar so that different size users can achieve a full stretch. The bench press arms are height adjustable, as is the seat. The two bars at the side, which Kettler call 3D Flexmotion, can be positioned at various angles, allowing for numerous workouts to be performed including pec flys, seated row, abdominal crunch and many more cable exercises. An 80kg stack comes as standard but this can be increased to 100kg with the optional weight kit. When using the 3D Flexmotion cables, each cable produces half the weight of the weight selected. On most gyms leg curl/extension can be compromised by the size of the user and the fixed position of the padded rollers but on the Kettler Kinetic F3 this problem has been address by including adjustments to all leg roller positions.
