The York G201 multi gym is designed for the more serious user and that is reflected in its massive 100kg (220lb) weight stack that gives a true 100kg of resistance. The weight stack increases in 5kg increments. The movement is smooth on all exercises, which there are over 30 to choose from. The preacher curl pad is removable but in use offers two position height adjustments.
