Nautilus NT1160 Chin Up Attachment, Great value exercising equipment from Fitness Options

The NT 1160 Chin Up attachment is designed to fit onto the Nautilus NT1150 VKR Unit (sold separately). The Attachment allows you to train the upper back through wide and narrow grip chin ups and also works the lower abdominal muscles when performing hanging knee raises/leg raises.
