We recommend using a 3ft tethered (BBE576), 4ft tethered (BBE577) or 4ft Uppercut (BBE578) Punch bag with this Punch bag stand.
Tethered straps; 2 x rubber bungee cords (BBE139) are optional with this item, but highly recommended. In addition to the tethered straps, the Free standing boxing stand also requires a minimum of 60kg of weight to stabilise - we suggest purchasing 3 packs of (2415) York 10kg plates (2 per pack, use one pack per stabilising pin).
