So you can perform your barbell workout inside the barbell rests then pivot the bench forward to clear the rests so that you can perform dumbbell exercises unhindered. The multi adjustable seat and backrest places the body in the correct ergonomic position. The uprights have multi position barbell rests and safety catches and the leg unit has 6 vinyl covered foam rollers and is height adjustable.
