The Proform 400 ZLT low priced treadmill is ideal where space is limited. It may be compact but it still comes with a very decent sized 2.0HP motor, taking the top speed to 10mph (16kph). The blue tinted LCD console displays 6 workout programmes (3 weight loss, 3 performance) plus relevant workout feedback. The treadmill features a 10% incline to make your workout more demanding. The heart rate facility allows you to monitor your progress.
