Bremshey RN7 Treadmill, a durable foldable treadmill from Fitness Options

The Bremshey RN7 treadmill is Bremshey's top of the range treadmill fitted with their latest console with two very innovate features, Intelli Step and Intelli Guard. Intelli Step measures each single step which gets indicated on the display. The background to this comes from the latest scientific research proving that 10,000 steps per day has significant health benefits such as increased fitness levels and weight management. This makes it ideal for a newbie to exercise. Intelli Guard serves as additional security function whereas the treadmill stops immediately as soon as the user no longer walks or runs on the treadmill. However this is not a gadget treadmill for beginners, its also a serious runners treadmill with a 3HP DC motor, a long cushioned running surface with a quality running belt and a top speed of 12mph (20km/h) a maximum elevation of 12% and 22 programmes in total. Heart monitoring is achieved through the hand grip pulse sensors but optional telemetric monitoring by chest strap is an option. For convenience and additional safety, speed and incline keys are integrated into the side hand rails.
