Manual
Gives you complete freedom to choose your own speed and incline levels.
Hill
Challenge's you with intervals of multiple hills and valleys, with each hill becoming progressively more difficult.

HEARTSYNC™ WORKOUTS
Fat Burn
Ideal for beginners and light workouts. Automatically adjusts incline to maintain your heart rate 65% of your theoretical maximum.
Cardio
To boost your energy levels and achieve maximum calorie burn. Automatically adjusts incline to maintain your heart rate 80% of your theoretical maximum.
Heart Rate Hill™
An interval workout made up of three hills with each hill becoming progressively more difficult based on your heart rate goals.
Heart Rate Interval™
Climb a series of alternating hills (80% maximum heart rate) and drop down in to valleys (65% HRMax). The number of time you climb each hill depends on your fitness level.
Extreme Heart Rate™
Quickly raises and lowers treadmill incline to get your heart rate up to 85% HRMax and down to 65% HRMax as quickly as possible.

Intensity levels gradually increase toward one ultimate peak and then gradually fall.
Navy PFT
The running portion of the Navy Physical Fitness Test. It is a 1.5 mile distance goal test, based on the time needed to complete the required distance used by the US Navy.
Marine PFT
A 3.0 mile physical performance test used to assess endurance and cardio fitness.
Air Force PFT
A 1.5 mile physical performance test used to assess endurance and cardio fitness.
Time In Zone Goal
Console displays the accumulated time in your target heart rate zone.
Speed Interval Training
Intensity levels quickly alternate between high and low levels to simulate a typical speed workout.
Speed Training
A Hill workout in which the intensity level alternates between high and low levels very quickly to simulate a typical speed-training workout.
Pace Goal
You set a goal and then the pace of the workout to achieve it. Once the goal is met the treadmill automatically enters a cool down phase.
Distance Climbed
You set the distance you wish to climb. Once the goal is met the treadmill automatically enters a cool down phase.
Fit Test
Considered to be a submax V02 test a very good measure of aerobic capacity.

Create and replay a favourite programme with specific speed, level and target heart rate changes.
Distance Goal
The object is to cover a certain distance in miles. Once the objective is met, the workout automatically transitions into a cool down phase and the workouts then ends.
Calorie Goal
To promote weight loss and weight control. The objective is to burn a certain number of calories in the selected time duration. Once the objective is met, the workout automatically transitions into a cool down phase and the workouts then ends.
