DIRECTIONS FROM M1 JUNCTION 25
From the North.
Exit junction 25. and take the 2nd exit sign posted Long Eaton, onto Bostock Lane
From the South
Exit Junction 25. Get into right hand lane and take the 5th exit sign posted Long Eaton onto Bostock Lane.
Bostock Lane is the last exit before the slip road back onto M1 South.
On Bostock Lane you will pass two hotels, the Novatel on your left and the Sleep Inn on your right. After these hotels you will approach a small roundabout. Turn right at this roundabout on to Petersham Road (B6002)
Stay on the B6002 until you approach a large roundabout. Turn left at this roundabout onto Derby Road (A6005) This road will now take you into the town centre.
You will go over a canal bridge and then approach a large roundabout. At this roundabout get into the right hand lane but go straight on to the second smaller roundabout, staying in right hand lane. (Entrance to Asda on your left)
Turn right at this roundabout on to Waverley Street and you will have a large Tesco on your left.
Stay on this road going straight on at the small roundabout (Kentucky Fried Chicken on right) until you reach a set of traffic lights at the cross road to Station Street.
Fitness Options and United Carpets will be on your left.
At these lights turn left and immediately left again behind the building into the free car park.
Entrance from the car park to Fitness Options is through the rear entrance of United Carpets.

DIRECTIONS FROM M1 JUNCTION 24
Pick up the A50 to Stoke on Trent.
Stay on the A50 (approx 1 mile) until you approach a slip road sign posted Long Eaton.
Turn right at this large roundabout onto Tamworth Road (B6540).
Staying on the B6540 (passing through Sawley) you will go under a bridge and approach a roundabout with Long Eaton Railway Station on your left.
At this roundabout turn right (3rd exit) onto Fields Farm Road.
Stay on Fields Farm Road passing through an industrial estate until you approach a small roundabout.
Go straight on at this roundabout 2nd exit) on to Main Street.
At the first set of traffic lights (Fitness Options and United Carpets will be visible on your right) turn right onto Station Street and turn immediately left behind the building into the free car park.
Entrance from the car park to Fitness Options is through the rear entrance of United Carpets.

DIRECTIONS FROM NOTTINGHAM FROM THE A52
Pick up the A6005 onto University Boulevard (passing Nottingham Tennis Centre on your left) leading to Queens Road
Stay on the A6005 which will lead you all way into Long Eaton town center, passing Beeston and Chilwell on the way.
As you enter Long Eaton town centre you will go over a railway bridge and immediately approach a small roundabout (Entrance to Asda on your Right)
Turn left at this roundabout on to Waverley Street and you will have a large Tesco on your left.
Stay on this road going straight on at the small roundabout (Kentucky Fried Chicken on right) until you reach a set of traffic lights at the cross road to Station Street.
Fitness Options and United Carpets will be on your left.
