If you are looking for an exercise bike with modern day features then the Nordic Track Commercial R35 recumbent bike was made for you. When you combine the 35.5cm (14”) Smart HD Touchscreen with Nordics advanced iFit Technology every ride you take will be an immersive experience. iFit is a streaming service with over 16,000 live an on demand workout classes, from instructors guiding you through routines and controlling your resistance remotely to videos of trails and roads from all around the world utilising Google Maps. You do not get any built in programmes but you can still control the bike through the manual setting but to get the full performance of the bike you will have to pay for iFit after the introductory first months free membership. The steel frame is durable and sturdy and will take a maximum user weight of 25 stone. The 11kg flywheel provides a smooth pedalling action throughout all its 26 resistance levels. The oversize seat has horizontal adjustment and a mesh back support that keeps you cooler than a solid back pad. In the side handle bars are buttons that control volume and resistance. The Nordic Track R35 Recumbent is a tech savvy bike with a luxurious feel and comfort a plenty.
