One of the important features of an elliptical is a natural motion and the Kettler Satura P EXT with its unique EXTENDED MOTION SYSTEM delivers on all fronts. The EXT system feels totally different to other crosstrainers as the footplate slides along a rail connected to the pedal at the same time as the pedal moves in an elliptical path. The result is more of a cross-country ski movement combined with a shallow elliptical motion.  People with knee and hip problems may find this more comfortable. The computer can be angled to provide the best view of the console and features a sporty round twin speedometer and Heart Rate Light. The 8 programmes include heart rate control, fat burning and fitness zone. Pulse measurement can be via hand pulse or ear clip (included) or optional chest belt. Kettler also appreciate that moving the machine can be awkward, so they have supplied a set off bars at the front of the machine to make it easier to move.
