Its difficult to call the Spirit XE195 an entry level elliptical as its better than other machines in its price range but that is what Spirit define it as. Not everyone is aware what an elliptical is trying to accomplish. It’s goal is to simulate the motion of walking or running without the impact of the ground below your feet. If you hung from a harness and pretended to run your feet would make the shape of a perfect ellipse and that is what an elliptical trainer should achieve and Spirit ellipticals do this better than most. The Spirit XE195 provides that natural stride without the damaging impact on the muscles and joints you experience when road running. It also provides a range of challenging programmes including Spirits exclusive Calories and Fusion programmes that integrates cardio and strength to help you achieve your fitness goals. To increase your workout intensity just press the remote resistance buttons on the handle bars and feel the difference as you work your way through the 20 levels of resistance. The Spirit XE195 is a quality built, solid, no frills elliptical that is perfect for the whole family.
PLEASE NOTE: Spirit equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature. If you are going to put it into a garage then the garage must be insulated. Not following this criteria could void your warranty.
