What you get with the Horizon Torus 3 Gym is a versatile and stable workout, offering numerous exercises resulting in a total strength training programme. Integrated into this compact gym are 6 main training units with resistance provided by the 80kg weight stack. The Torus 3 has adjustable free motion arms behind the seat providing a range of cable exercises from pec fly, bench press and even abductor and adductor exercises and because you are using free moving cables you get the sensation of free weight training. The bench press arm can be adjusted so that you can do seated row, a standard seated bench press right through to shoulder press. The backrest has 8 adjustments and the seat 4 adjustments providing the correct body position and support through each press exercise and the multi grip handles bring into play different muscle groups. Lat pulldown, seated row with foot rest, abdominal crunch and leg extension leg/curl completes the Torus range of strength units. Made from square steel tubing, powder coated in matte black, 6 mm nylon coated cables and premium upholstery you can rest assured that this is one quality gym at a very competitive price.
