The Horizon Torus 5 Gym takes the Horizon Torus 3 to the next level. The Torus 5 offers the 6 main training units of the Torus 3 (Bench Press, Free Motion Pec Fly, Lat Pulldown, Seated Row with foot rest, Abdominal Crunch and Leg Extension Leg/Curl) but with the addition of a Leg Press and a Vertical Knee Raise/Dip Station. With these two additions over 40 exercises can be performed. The Leg Press will give you the ultimate leg workout and the backrest on the Leg Press has 5 adjustments, so users will always find the correct exercise starting position, no matter what their height or build. The Vertical Knee Raise (VKR) adds a totally new dimension to your workout, that of Body Weight Training. Climb onto the VKR, raise your legs and feel your Abs tighten. Grip the dip bars and start dipping and now its the turn of your triceps to feel the burn. The ergonomic backrest on the bench press has 8 angled adjustments and the seat 4 height adjustments and both are upholstered in high quality vinyl. An 80kg weight stack provides plenty of resistance and high quality pulleys and cables guarantee a smooth motion throughout the full range of the exercise. With the horizon Torus 5 you will experience the ultimate home strength workout.
