DESCRIPTION
If you are a runner looking for a treadmill that can cope with longer runs, then consider the Premium York Barbell HT9 Folding Treadmill. Firstly it provides a maximum speed of 22 km/h (13.2mph), fast enough for the most serious runner and a speed that is unusual on treadmills below £1500. This is possible because the HT9 has a continuous 2.5HP Continuous Duty Motor (4HP peak drive) capable of 5400 RPM. When running at this kind of pace you need to know your joints and muscles are protected from shock and the 6-piece elastic cushioning system very successfully achieves this. The 1.6mm thick running belt provides a comfortable 153cm x 52cm (60” x 20”) running area that can be elevated from 0-18 levels of incline. Both speed and incline can be controlled by buttons integrated into the handle bars for uninterrupted training. The console provides 24 pre-set programmes for variety and workout feedback to help motivate and encourage you to keep on training. Once your workout is over the treadmills heavy duty frame uses a hydraulic assist so that it can be easily folded away or slowly lowered using its unassisted soft drop system. Transport wheels helps you move the treadmill.
